Coffee and more

I woke up a bit ago, it was an odd night, but whatever. Anyway, so Phineas is talking to me or the cats, and he's quite chatty. I figured he probably wanted breakfast, as in 5 minutes ago.
   So out he goes, I take care of the cat's breakfast, and make Phineas's eggs! Yes, he gets eggs, he loves them. Ironic as the cats and I detests them! After all he is a K9, so we don't judge.
   Back story, my parents raise chickens and turkeys, so Phin has all the eggs he wants. His once rough coat is now all shiny, and soft. Trust me, a year ago, his coat wasn't like this at all. Poor guy, he's come a long way in a year. In fact, March 9th, will mark his 1st homecoming / birthday. What can I say, that face gets me every time!
    Finally after the monkeys were fed, I sat down with my giant mug of coffee.... I need it today, and besides water, I'll drink coffee ALL day! Cooooffffeeee... More on that later!
    Today we have an off site event at work for over 500 people, so we'll be busy. It should be interesting thought, and we'll probably have a few funny stories from it. For those of you NOT familiar with catering, when you're off site, you have to get anything AND everything you may need. Sure we aren't "that far" away if we forget something, but sometimes it's just far enough to cause trouble. Luckily, there is always someone coming out later/ going back, so will, at times get a list.... Hahahahaha. What???
   Yes, catering is ALOT of work, so many things to think about remember (especially if it's a larger event, or there are multiple locations) but at then end to see some of the thing WE pull off, it's pretty cool! So yes, I do prefer catering!
   And to pull a 360°, kinda sorta, well perhaps more a 180° 😁  Coffee.... I love coffee, it's lucious, hot and makes you feel like $1,000,000 bucks. I'll drink pretty much any coffee,  except decaf ( cause we  ALL know, NO ONE drinks decaf) my favorite flavored coffee will always be hazelnut! Hazelnuts and coffee were made for each other...I mean, have YOU ever stirred a tiny bit of hazelnut paste into coffee???  Let me tell you, it's lovely, and decadent.
    So while I don't have a recipe today, I will tomorrow... Something easy, simple, yummy... And probably it will contain vodka....because vodka is alcohol's little black dress...😁🐈🐕💕 It goes with and into everything...
